Ingredients & Procedure: 

-Boil 60
7.5 lb Am Pils LME
1.5 lb White Candi Sugar
1/3 oz Saaz

-Boil 15
0.75 oz No Brewer @  %
0.75 oz Willamette @  %

-Primary:  21 days
Wyeast Belgian Strong Ale yeast #1388

-Secondary Feb 8th: 9 days

-Kegged:  Feb 17

Notes: 

3 weeks in primary, and still very cloudy, and fermenting slowly. But, so tasty at racking - very fruity, with some tartness, and a hint of hop bitterness. Spicey tones. MMMmmm
