-Boil 60:
5.5 lb Wheat DME
12oz corn sugar
4oz Maltodextrin
7.0 HBU/AAU Whole Saaz  (1oz@7%)

-Boil 10:
7.0 HBU/AAU Whole Saaz  (1oz@7%)
2" chunk of agaragar

-Primary 14 days:
Wyeast 1010 American Wheat

4.061%
Notes: 

Yummy tart, dry, and fruity at kegging time. Hot weather during fermentation - probably helped the fruitiness. The Wheat extract is really dark - amberish.
