-Primary: 14 days
Wyeast 3191 BerlinerWiesse - DEAD
Wyeast 2565 Kölsch on 3rd day

Tastes pretty good! we'll see once its aged a little. perhaps a good accident.

no, too boring - the lack of german hefe yeast and very low hop-rate means there was no
tartness or bitterness to balance the malt.
