Ingredients & Procedure: 

-Steep 30 min, 155F:
12 oz flaked barley
8 oz Chocolate Malt
12 oz Roasted Barley
1T gypsum

-Boil 60
6.5 lb British Amber LME
1.5 oz No. Brewers @ 6.0%

-Boil 10
1 tsp irish moss

-Primary: 14 days
Wyeast Irish Ale

-Kegged: May 25

4.323%
Notes: 

Yum - the amber extract added some nice cocoaish overtones. I think I can even cut back on the hops more than that, tho we'll see after its aged a bit.
